All screens in the table are owned by us and are kept at the rental company base in Gocław. Prices are quoted net for the first day (24h); each additional day (24h) is charged at 50% of that rate.

40″ and 60″ screens can also be set up as a floor presenter view (cue / prompter): 40″ preview — 600 zł, 60″ preview — 900 zł net per day (24h).
Full service: delivery, installation and on-site support
You do not need to arrange transport or find a technician. We deliver the TVs, install them, connect the image source, check everything before the start, and remain at your disposal until the end of the event. Afterwards, we dismantle the equipment and take it away.
- Delivery with installation and dismantling: from 1 000 zł net. We mount screens on a stage stand, on a mobile FlexStand, or on an exhibition stand wall.
- On-site support during the event: on-site technician for the duration of the event (cost provided in the quote) or urgent 24/7 assistance by phone +48 788 335 888, if something stops working during an ongoing event.
- Delivery and collection only, within Warsaw: from 300 zł net.
- Self-collection: 0 zł — Wał Miedzeszyński 646 b. III, 03-994 Warsaw (Gocław). Collection and return times are arranged in advance, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Outside Warsaw: Masovia, up to approx. 100 km from Warsaw — travel cost provided in the quote.
- No deposit. Prices net + 23% VAT, VAT invoice issued to the company. Office: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00.
Price for multiple days (24h)
For trade shows and multi-day events, we charge the full rate for the first day (24h) and 50% for each additional day (24h). Net amounts for the screen only:

The stand is priced on the same basis — a stage stand for three days (24h) is 300 zł net. Delivery with installation is charged once per event.
Which TV size to choose
Choose the size based on the distance from which people will be reading slides. As a rule of thumb, text on a slide is readable from a distance of up to approx. six screen heights.

85 inches is approx. 216 cm diagonally. In a deep room, a second screen closer to the back rows works better than one larger screen at the stage — for example, 85″ at the stage and two 60″ screens halfway through the room. If you are not sure what to choose, describe the room in your enquiry — we will select the screens for you.
What is included in the price and what to consider adding
The day (24h) rate includes a screen ready to connect to a standard 230 V outlet. Kit components (remote control, cables) are listed in the handover report; for iiyama 40″ this includes the remote control and a full cable set: power, HDMI, DisplayPort, USB and audio.

- Stage stand — 150 zł. Steel, with VESA mount, for screens 40–85″ and up to 50 kg, height 120–180 cm. Also supports Sharp 85″ (38 kg).
- FlexStand with Gravity VESA mount — 100 zł. Mobile stand with adjustable height for 40″ and 60″ screens — at reception, at a booth, next to the operator's station.
- HDMI 4K cable: 3 m — 20 zł, 15 m — 50 zł, active 30 m — 80 zł.
- HDMI Splitter 1×4 — 100 zł: one image across multiple screens.
- Hollyland Mars 4K wireless video link — 200 zł, when a cable cannot be routed.
- Presentation laptop (MacBook or Windows) — 150 zł; Super Cue Dual remote — 100 zł.
TV for conferences, trade shows and corporate events
Conference and training
On the stage, an 85″ screen typically serves as the main display, while in longer rooms two 60″ screens repeat the image closer to the back rows. The speaker sees slides and notes on a floor monitor a 40″ or 60″ placed in front of the stage. We distribute the image from one laptop to multiple screens using an HDMI splitter — we set everything up and test it before guests arrive.
Trade fairs and stands
We deliver and install TVs at stands including at EXPO XXI, Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, Global EXPO and at PGE Narodowy. In your enquiry, provide the hall, stand number and installation times set by the organiser — we schedule installation and post-show dismantling around them. We mount the screen on the stand wall or on a stand; we provide the screen weight and mounting hole spacing to the stand builder. Example: Sharp 60″ for three trade fair days (24h) is 1 200 zł net plus installation.
Presentation and office meeting
A 60″ or 40″ screen on a FlexStand is typically sufficient for a meeting room — it can be placed wherever needed, without drilling into walls. A presentation laptop and HDMI cable can be added to the same order.
Digital signage and reception
A 40″ or 60″ screen at the reception displays the agenda, room layout, partner logos or event photos. You prepare the content as a video or a presentation in slideshow mode — we launch it on-site from a laptop.
Corporate event and gala
At galas and anniversary events, TVs display slides, videos, competition results and partner acknowledgements. An 85″ screen typically stands by the stage, a 60″ at the entrance or in the banquet area. The same kit works well for a company-wide match screening.
Conference kits: image and sound
If you also need a speech sound system, rent a ready-made kit:
- Micro Conference Kit — 1 950 zł net/day (24h): a 60″ TV and two QSC LA108 column speakers on FlexStand stands. For venues with a stage up to approx. 6 m.
- Mini Conference Kit — 4 750 zł net/day (24h): an 85″ TV, two 60″ TVs and four QSC LA108 column speakers on FlexStand stands. For venues with a stage up to approx. 8 m.

55″ and 65″ touch monitors
For workshops, training sessions and stands where users scroll through content themselves, we have two iiyama interactive monitors: iiyama TE55 (55″, 900 zł net/day (24h)) and iiyama TE65 (65″, 1 400 zł net/day (24h)). Both feature a 4K image, 40-point touch, a built-in Android system with Wi-Fi and a USB-C connector that transmits both video from a laptop and touch input over a single cable.

Our permanent stock includes: 85″ — 1 unit, 60″ — 2 units, 40″ — 2 units and one each of the 55″ and 65″ touch monitors. How to rent a television — 4 steps
- Enquiry. Write or call: date and times, venue, screen size and quantity, stand or wall mounting, delivery or personal pick-up.
- Quote. On business days we send a quote: availability on your date, price for all days (24h), installation and logistics.
- Booking. Upon acceptance of the quote, we confirm the booking in accordance with Terms of Cooperation. We do not charge a deposit.
- Installation and collection. We deliver and install screens or make them available for collection at Gocław. Handover and return are confirmed with a protocol.

How much does television rental cost in Warsaw?
From PLN 400 net per day (24h). The 40″ screen costs PLN 400, Sharp 60″ — PLN 600, and Sharp 85″ — PLN 1 000 net for the first day (24h); each additional day (24h) is 50% of that rate. We add VAT 23% to the price and, if required, a stand and delivery with installation.
Can you handle everything — delivery, installation, and on-site support?
Yes. We deliver the televisions, mount them on a stand or on the booth wall, connect and check the picture, and after the event we dismantle and collect everything. During the event you can have a technician on-site or our phone support 24/7. Delivery with installation and dismantling starts from PLN 1 000 net.
Can you mount a television on the wall of an exhibition stand?
Yes. We mount screens on booth walls and on stands. The Sharp 60″ weighs 22 kg and the Sharp 85″ — 38 kg; we provide these figures and the mounting hole spacing to the stand builder before the fair so the wall is prepared for the screen.
Do you charge a deposit?
No. We do not charge a deposit for television rental. Booking is confirmed upon acceptance of the quote, in accordance with the Terms of Cooperation.
What is the minimum rental period for a television?
One day (24h). The delivery or collection time and the return time are agreed at the time of booking.
How much does a television cost for several days, e.g. for a trade fair?
Full rate for the first day (24h) and 50% for each additional day (24h). The 85″ television for three days (24h) costs PLN 2 000 net, the 60″ — PLN 1 200, the 40″ — PLN 800. Stands are priced on the same basis.
Is the stand included in the price of the television?
No, the stand is selected separately. The stage stand (PLN 150 net/day (24h)) supports screens from 40–85″ weighing up to 50 kg and has height adjustment from 120–180 cm. The mobile FlexStand with VESA mount (PLN 100 net/day (24h)) fits 40″ and 60″ screens.
How do I connect a laptop to a rented television?
Via HDMI — the connection is made on-site during installation. The Sharp 85″ and 60″ each have 4 HDMI inputs (the 85″ also USB-C), the iiyama 40″ — 2× HDMI, DisplayPort, and VGA. When the laptop is far from the screen, we run a 15 m HDMI cable or an active 30 m cable; when a cable cannot be routed — the wireless Hollyland Mars 4K link.
Do you deliver televisions outside Warsaw?
Yes, within the Masovia region — up to approx. 100 km from Warsaw, e.g. to Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn. The travel cost outside Warsaw is stated in the quote.
Is it possible to collect the television in person?
Yes. Personal collection from our warehouse in Gocław (Wał Miedzeszyński 646) costs PLN 0. Collection and return times are arranged in advance, including on Saturdays and Sundays.
Do you have 55, 65, or 75-inch televisions, or larger quantities?
We permanently carry 85″ (1 unit), 60″ (2 units), 40″ (2 units) and touch monitors 55″ and 65″ (1 unit each). For other sizes and larger quantities, ask — availability and pricing will be confirmed in the offer.
TV or projector — which one to choose?
A TV if the room is bright and the audience is seated within a few metres — the image is readable without darkening the room. A projector with a screen delivers a larger image in a room that can be dimmed; we rent NEC laser projectors (5000 lumens, Full HD).
