Frequently asked questions

Which sound system kit for a conference?

For a speech in a conference room, QSC LA108 speakers on stands are usually sufficient — the Compact Speech kit or Speech System 6 — plus wireless handheld microphones or headsets. Write what the venue is and how many speakers there will be, and we will match a kit.

Do you rent wireless microphones?

Yes: Shure SLXD with SM58 capsule, 4× SLXD kit, Shure PGX24, DPA 4488 headsets and DPA 4099 lavalier microphones on SLXD1 transmitters.

What mixers are available for rental?

Yamaha DM7 Compact and DM3, Allen & Heath CQ-12T, Behringer X32 Compact and Soundcraft Notepad-8FX, as well as Behringer and Yamaha Tio1608-D2 (Dante) stageboxes.

How much does delivery and installation cost?

Delivery and pickup in Warsaw cost PLN 300 net (PLN 369 gross) for both trips, and delivery with installation and dismantling — PLN 1,000 net (PLN 1,230 gross) total. Pickup and return at Gocław are free of charge. Delivery outside Warsaw in the Masovian region is quoted in the offer.

How much does rental cost for several days?

The first day (24h) is the full rate, and each additional day (24h) costs 50% of that rate. Example for equipment priced at PLN 1,000 net: 2 days (24h) — PLN 1,500 net (PLN 1,845 gross), 3 days (24h) — PLN 2,000 net (PLN 2,460 gross). Days (24h) are counted from the pickup date to the return date.

How does payment work?

No deposit required. You pay by proforma invoice before equipment handover — upon payment, the equipment is reserved. The invoice is issued to a company — yours, your client's, or the agency's.
