How much does event equipment rental cost?

Individual items start from 150 PLN net (184.50 PLN gross) per day (24h), ready-made sound system kits from 600 PLN net (738 PLN gross). Prices for all items are in the catalogue and on the category pages — the quote includes the net and gross price for all days (24h).

How much does rental for several days cost?

The first day (24h) is charged at the full rate; each subsequent day (24h) costs 50% of that rate. Example for equipment priced at 1 000 PLN net: 2 days (24h) — 1 500 PLN net (1 845 PLN gross), 3 days (24h) — 2 000 PLN net (2 460 PLN gross), 4 days (24h) — 2 500 PLN net (3 075 PLN gross). Days (24h) are counted from the pick-up date to the return date.

Do you deliver and install the equipment?

Yes. Delivery and collection within Warsaw cost 300 PLN net (369 PLN gross) for both trips; delivery with installation and dismantling — 1 000 PLN net (1 230 PLN gross) in total. A technician or operator for the duration of the event is quoted separately. Pick-up and return in Gocław are free of charge.

Do you rent to private individuals?

We rent to companies and institutions — the contract and invoice are issued to the company. Ordering on behalf of a client or agency? The invoice is issued to the company (NIP or VAT UE) — yours, your client's, or the agency's. For EU companies — with reverse charge.

How does payment work?

No deposit required. You pay via pro forma invoice before the equipment is handed over, and the final invoice is issued after return.

Do you rent LED screens?

LED screens are selected on a per-event basis — contact us via the contact form with the date, venue, and intended use, and we will prepare a proposal.
