Frequently asked questions
What stage for a conference?
For a presentation and panel, a low 3×2 m or 5×2 m stage with a skirt is usually sufficient. For larger galas and concerts — 4×3, 5×3, 6×3 m stages and larger with steps. Write how many people will be on stage and what the venue is.
What platform heights do you have?
We set up Alustage platforms on 30 cm legs as well as adjustable 40–60, 60–100 and 80–140 cm legs.
Do you have structures for lighting?
Yes: Alustage aluminium truss (DUO AL32, TRIO AL33), Tower TRIO towers, Light Gate arches and Rampa portals. Larger structures are quoted individually.
How much does delivery and assembly cost?
Delivery and collection within Warsaw costs 300 zł net (369 zł gross) for both trips, and delivery with assembly and disassembly — 1 000 zł net (1 230 zł gross) total. Self-collection and return at Gocław are free of charge. Delivery outside Warsaw in Mazovia is quoted in the proposal.
How much does rental for several days cost?
The first day (24h) is charged at the full rate, and each additional day (24h) costs 50% of that rate. Example for equipment at 1 000 zł net: 2 days (24h) — 1 500 zł net (1 845 zł gross), 3 days (24h) — 2 000 zł net (2 460 zł gross). Days (24h) are counted from the collection date to the return date.
How does payment work?
No deposit is charged. You pay via pro forma invoice before equipment is released — once payment is made, the equipment is reserved. The invoice is issued to a company — yours, your client's, or an agency's.

Write the date, venue, whether it is indoor or outdoor, how many people will be on stage, and what vehicle access is available. In response we will provide availability, net and gross price for all rental days (24h), delivery and assembly.
