We stock modular alustage platforms in various heights (40–120 cm), stair sets, safety barriers and steel truss structures in 2D and 3D configurations — ready for rigging lighting, screens and sound systems. We combine truss rigs with our lighting and PA inventory, allowing you to order a complete stage environment from a single supplier and avoid coordinating multiple vendors. We serve trade fairs, outdoor concerts, gala events in halls and corporate events across Warsaw and Mazovia.

Every stage project starts with a brief: floor area, maximum load, number of access points, accessibility for people with disabilities. Based on this, we design the layout and quote the installation. Our crews work efficiently — the standard lead time is 10–12 business days, but for urgent needs we quote an express turnaround. What is the cost of renting a modular stage for an event in Warsaw?

A small 4×3 m stage with stairs and barriers starts at approx. 1 200 PLN net per day (24h) with installation. Larger platforms, stages with roofing or kits with truss rigs are quoted individually — send the dimensions and a description of your event to [email protected] and we will send you a B2B quote on business days.

Is the stage suitable for outdoor events and various surface types?

Yes — alustage platforms are installed on levelling legs that compensate for uneven surfaces (grass, paving, asphalt). For larger outdoor stages we include stabilising elements and ballast weights. For significant ground irregularities, ask us about a project involving a surveyor.

Can you deliver the stage only, without sound system and lighting?

Of course — rental of the stage structure alone is a separate service. You can order just the platforms with stairs, just the truss, or a complete kit with lighting and sound system — we tailor the offer to what you actually need, without imposing packages.

How long does stage assembly take and when can you arrive?
