Kits for conference and gala
At a conference, lighting should above all show people on stage clearly — in the room and on camera — and not strain the eyes. That is why these kits are based on soft wash fixtures, while Portman fixtures and Astera tubes add an accent on the backdrop.

Kits for wedding, dinner and entrance area
At tables and on the wedding dance floor, atmosphere is what matters: warm light, color matched to the décor, and no cables underfoot. Astera tubes run on batteries, so you can set up a light wall behind the newlyweds, at the bar, or at the entrance.

Kits for corporate event and club
The dance floor needs movement: moving heads project beams and gobos across the room, while wash fixtures flood it with color. The Wolfmix controller runs the show automatically in sync with the music, so you do not need a lighting operator.

Kits for stage and concert
On stage, the lighting needs to be more powerful and hung higher. These kits combine GLP and SGM wash fixtures with Astera tubes, and the largest one includes a 6 m truss — a ready-made bar for lights above the stage.

You can add effects to any kit for a specific moment of the event — the first dance, midnight, or the entrance of the evening's star performer.

Turn the strobe on briefly and warn your guests — rapid flashes may adversely affect people with photosensitive epilepsy. For light effects, it is worth adding hazer: a light haze makes the beams from moving heads visible in the air.

Why Media Rental
Frequently asked questions
Can I operate the lighting kit on my own, without a technician?
Yes. Kits come with a Wolfmix W1 controller or an AsteraBox transmitter with ready-made programmes — at handover we will show you how to select a scene and colour. If you want someone to operate the lighting throughout the event, add a technician in the quote.
Do Astera fixtures need to be connected to power?
During the event, no: Astera tubes and fixtures have built-in batteries and receive wireless control signals. We charge them before handover. Moving heads, wash fixtures and the controller connect to power — cables are included in the kit.
Can I change the kit configuration?
Yes. The kit is a starting point: you can add a mirror ball, UV bars, a strobe or additional fixtures, or remove something. The updated configuration and price will be provided in the quote.
Are kits available right away?
Each kit is available in one unit, and some kits share the same Astera fixtures. For this reason, availability for your date is always confirmed in the quote — a paid proforma invoice confirms the reservation.
How much does rental for several days cost?
The first day (24h) is charged at the list rate, and each subsequent day costs 50% of the first-day rate. Days are counted by the dates of handover and return.
Do you deliver and install lighting?
Yes. Delivery and collection within Warsaw is 300 PLN net (369 PLN gross) for both trips, and delivery with installation and dismantling — 1,000 PLN net (1,230 PLN gross) in total. You can also collect the equipment yourself in Gocław.
Is a strobe safe for guests?
Rapid flashes may have an adverse effect on people with photosensitive epilepsy. If you use a strobe, warn your guests and run the effect briefly, not throughout the entire evening.
