What to clarify with the venue before booking

Before ordering equipment, ask the venue manager a few questions — the right kit depends on the answers:

• whether the venue has its own sound system and whether the DJ can connect to it;
• whether the power outlets near the dance floor and the DJ area are on separate circuits;
• whether a mirrorball can be hung and where the approved rigging points are;
• what the venue's restrictions are regarding effects (smoke, lighting);
• what the ceiling height is — it determines whether we can set up the totems from the Totem Party Wash kit;
• what the load-in hours are and when the venue must be vacated.

On request, we will prepare an equipment list for the venue.

Equipment pricing for prom

Net and gross prices (VAT 23%) for 1–4 days; each additional day is charged at 50% of the first-day rate. Days are counted by dispatch and return dates — a prom on Saturday with pickup on Sunday counts as one day.

Add-ons: Showtec Mirrorball 50 cm — 150 PLN net (184,50 PLN gross), ADJ UV LED Bar 20 — 100 PLN net (123 PLN gross) per unit, Shure PGX24/SM58 — 150 PLN net (184,50 PLN gross) for the first day (24h).
