As personal data controller, Media Rental is responsible for the security and lawful processing of personal data of website users and B2B clients.

2. What personal data we collect

We do not process your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent (opt-in). We do not use automated profiling that affects your rights.

4. Data retention period

  • B2B account data: for the entire duration of the cooperation + 30 days after account deletion (to allow for possible restoration)
  • Order documentation and invoices: 5 years from the end of the year in which the invoice was issued (tax obligation — Tax Ordinance Act)
  • Form inquiries: 12 months from the last contact
  • Technical logs: up to 90 days, automatic overwrite
After the retention period expires, data is permanently deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents identification of the individual.

6. Cookies

The mediarental.pl website uses a minimal set of cookies:

We respond within 30 days from receipt of the request (deadline arising from Art. 12 GDPR). In the case of complex or numerous requests, the deadline may be extended by a further 2 months — we will inform you of this.
