A New Year's Eve night typically consists of three things: a DJ setup with sound system, lighting that transforms the room into a dance floor, and a few effects for midnight. Choose the scenario closest to your event — each package is a sum of items from the catalogue, which we will adjust in the quote.

Prices for the first day (24h) — net and gross (VAT 23%), calculated as the sum of catalogue items. You can add effects, a microphone, or a hazer to the kit — we will tailor the configuration in the quote.

• Showtec Mirrorball 50 cm — classic Mirrorball with adjustable-speed motor; 150 PLN net (184.50 PLN gross) per day (24h). We install the Mirrorball only in locations approved by the venue — ask the venue manager about them.

Every DJ kit includes QSC sound system: the Compact — 2× LA108 and 2× K-Sub, the Glorious Pro — 2× LA108 and 2× KS118 subwoofers, the Classic — 4× LA108, 2× KS118 and 2× K10.2 to fill the room. Cabling is included. For toasts and countdowns, add a wireless microphone: Shure PGX24/SM58 for 150 PLN net (184.50 PLN gross) or Shure SLXD / SM58 for 200 PLN net (246 PLN gross) per day (24h). Hazer and smoke

New Year's Eve lighting looks best in a light haze — that's when the beams from moving heads are visible. Tour Hazer II produces a thin, even haze, is ready for use approximately 60 s after switching on, and works with a timer or from a DMX console. Fluid is purchased separately (220 PLN net (270.60 PLN gross) per 5 l canister).

New Year's Eve equipment pricing

Net and gross prices (VAT 23%) for 1–4 days (24h); each additional day (24h) costs 50% of the first-day rate. Days are counted by collection and return dates, so collection on 31.12 and return on 1.01 counts as one day (24h).

What is included in the price and what you add separately

Logistics on 31.12 and 1.01

New Year's Eve is a single night, but the equipment needs to be delivered and set up before guests arrive, and picked up after the event. In the quote we confirm:

• handover or delivery — 30 or 31 December, with setup and a pre-event check, or for self-pickup at Gocław;
• pickup — late-night pickup after the event (+200 PLN) or at a set time on 1 January or later;
• venue access — access times, unloading area and power outlets, confirmed by the venue.
