Frequently asked questions
Which lighting kit for a conference?
For a conference, even lighting for the stage and backdrop is usually sufficient: Conference Pro Wash, Conference Accent Pro kits, or the wireless Astera Micro Backdrop. Send us your stage size and we will select a kit.
Does the lighting work without mains power at the venue?
Astera fixtures and battery-powered uplights run on batteries and are wirelessly controlled. Runtime depends on the set brightness — values for each fixture are listed on the product page. Moving heads require mains power.
Do you rent out lasers and strobes?
Lasers and strobe effects — on request, with an operator. Warning: flashing effects may be distressing for people with photosensitive epilepsy and those sensitive to flashes, which is why we coordinate them with the organiser.
How much does delivery and installation cost?
Delivery and collection in Warsaw cost 300 PLN net (369 PLN gross) for both trips; delivery with installation and dismantling — 1,000 PLN net (1,230 PLN gross) in total. Pickup and return at Gocław are free of charge. Delivery outside Warsaw in Masovia is priced in the quote.
How much does rental cost for several days?
The first day (24h) is the full rate, and each additional day (24h) costs 50% of that rate. Example for equipment at 1,000 PLN net: 2 days — 1,500 PLN net (1,845 PLN gross), 3 days — 2,000 PLN net (2,460 PLN gross). Days are counted from the pickup date to the return date.
How does payment work?
No deposit is charged. You pay via proforma invoice before equipment is released — upon payment, the equipment is reserved. The invoice is issued to a company — yours, your client's, or your agency's.
