We provide clients with 75 and 85-inch event TVs (Samsung/LG, brightness 500 cd/m²+), large-format LED screens for indoor and outdoor use, Full HD and 4K laser projectors with frame screens from 200 to 500 cm wide, as well as videoconferencing and streaming kits — PTZ cameras, HDMI encoders, video mixers. The 85-inch multimedia format has become our most frequently ordered: it works at weddings, trade shows and corporate conferences as a central presentation point without the need to black out the room.

We serve hotels and congress centres in Mokotów and Śródmieście, and regularly travel to trade halls, event restaurants and coworking spaces across Warsaw. Do you rent 85-inch TVs for one day in Warsaw?

Yes — rental of an 85-inch event TV is available for as little as one day (24h). The price includes transport, installation (floor stand or table mount), HDMI/Wi-Fi signal configuration, and collection after the event. This is our most frequently ordered format for conferences, weddings and exhibition stands.

What is the difference between an event TV and a LED screen?

An event TV (75–85 inches) is ready to use without blacking out the room — good brightness and an IPS/VA panel are sufficient at normal room lighting. A LED screen provides significantly higher brightness and any size, but requires more space and installation time — we recommend it for galas of over 300 guests and outdoor spaces.

Can you provide equipment for streaming or hybrid video conferencing?

Yes — we offer complete kits for live streaming and video conferencing: PTZ camera, video mixer, HDMI encoder, 4G backup link, and platform configuration (Zoom, Teams, YouTube Live). We handle both simple hybrid connections and multi-camera live productions.

How quickly will you install a screen or TV before my event?
