A TV is a straightforward way to display an image at a conference, trade fair or in a reception area — it works without darkening the room. We have three sizes in 4K and stands for each of them:

Conference kits — image and sound together
For a conference or training session, you can take a ready-made kit: TVs and a QSC speech sound system on FlexStand stands. The TV stand is selected separately.

For screens located away from the technical desk: HDMI Active 4K (30 m) – long run — 80 PLN net (98,40 PLN gross), and for multiple screens from a single source PureTools Splitter 1×4 — 100 PLN net (123 PLN gross) per day (24h). For long camera runs: BNC HD-SDI 50 m on drum — 80 PLN net (98.40 PLN gross) per day (24h).

Multimedia pricing for 1–4 days (24h)
Prices net and gross (VAT 23%); each additional day (24h) is charged at 50% of the first-day rate. Days (24h) are counted by the dates of issue and return.

Why Media Rental
Frequently asked questions
TV or projector — which to choose?
A TV works without darkening the room and without a projection screen — a stand and a power outlet are enough. A projector with a screen gives a larger image, but requires space for the screen and light control in the room. Let us know what the venue is like and how many people need to see the image — we will advise in the offer.
Can you connect the presenter's laptop?
Yes. We have HDMI cables from 1 to 30 m, a 1×4 HDMI splitter for multiple screens at once, and Super Cue presenter remotes. If the presenter does not have a computer, you can rent a presentation laptop from us.
Can you handle an online stream or a hybrid conference?
We have Blackmagic ATEM video mixers, a vMix production computer, HyperDeck recorders, and Hollyland wireless video transmitters. You can rent the equipment on its own or with an operator — production is quoted separately in the offer.
Do you rent LED screens?
LED screens are selected individually for each event — use the contact form to send us the date, venue, and intended use of the screen, and we will prepare a proposal.
What is the cost of delivery and installation?
Delivery and pickup in Warsaw cost 300 PLN net (369 PLN gross) for both trips (door-to-door, no carrying inside). Delivery with setup and breakdown is 1 000 PLN net (1 230 PLN gross) in total — delivery is already included. Pickup and return at Gocław are free of charge.
How much does rental cost for several days?
The first day (24h) is charged at the full rate, and each additional day (24h) costs 50% of that rate — you don't pay the full price for every day. Example for equipment at 1 000 PLN net: 2 days (24h) — 1 500 PLN net (1 845 PLN gross), 3 days (24h) — 2 000 PLN net (2 460 PLN gross), 4 days (24h) — 2 500 PLN net (3 075 PLN gross). Days (24h) are counted from the pickup date to the return date: pickup on Saturday and return on Sunday is one day (24h).
Are the prices net or gross?
We provide both amounts: net and gross, i.e. with 23% VAT. The invoice is issued to a company — yours, your client's, or an agency's. No deposit required — you pay via proforma invoice before equipment is released.
